Our 2012 Annual Conference and Golf Tournament will take place September 18 and 19 in Spokane, WA  This year we will be playing golf and eating lunch at course to be determined in Spokane, and the rest of our conference is at the Davenport Hotel in Spokane. Members will enjoy three meals and numerous transportation speakers at the conference.   We continue working to keep fees low while offering speakers and events that are informative and enjoyable.  We would like to offer you three different opportunities to be a sponsor of our Annual Conference.

SPONSOR FORM

Dinner Social Sponsorship

Our major sponsorship opportunity is the dinner social event on Tuesday night.  The Davenport Hotel will be hosting and providing delicious food!  We will also be presenting the golf prizes and drawing other door prizes.  The cost for the evening is over $4500.  We are looking for $1000 gold sponsorships or $500 silver sponsorships. If you choose this option, your company/organization will be recognized during the evening as the main sponsor as well as in conference literature and on our website.

Golf Hole Sponsorship

Our four-man scramble will be held at Indian Canyon Golf Course on Tuesday, September 18. In order to keep the cost of playing this fabulous course to a minimum, we need your support. Hole Sponsors will be assigned to specific holes with signage recognizing your sponsorship.  We also gladly accept money and other items for golf and door prizes.
